In the kitchen, I indulge most into South Asian cookery. Additionally, I ventured into Indian Fusion Food with a natural knack for innovation stemming from the Scientist within me!

My mission involves exploring and sharing the gargantuan potential underlying in Indian fare ...cause not all Indian food is spicy and there's so much more than Butter Chicken!
